Η ΑΔΕΔΥ υπέβαλε αγωγή εναντίον του Θάνου Τζήμερου, ζητώντας 130.000 ευρώ ως αποζημίωση

Η ΑΔΕΔΥ υπέβαλε αγωγή εναντίον του Θάνου Τζήμερου, ζητώντας 130.000 ευρώ ως αποζημίωση, επειδή, με αφορμή την πρόσφατη απεργία της, που παρέλυσε για νιοστή φορά τη χώρα, ο πρόεδρος της ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΙΑΣ ΞΑΝΑ έγραψε στα social media: «Να τελειώνουμε με τη δικτατορία των κηφήνων εργατοπατέρων της ΑΔΕΔΥ. Εμείς τους σημερινούς απεργούς θα τους είχαμε ήδη απολύσει, και θα ακολουθούσε αγωγή για ζημιές που υπέστη η Οικονομία. Αν θέλετε να σας διοικεί η ΑΔΕΔΥ, συνεχίζετε να ψηφίζετε ασπόνδυλους.» Και παρέθεσε άρθρο του, του 2018, με τίτλο “Κάν’ το όπως ο Ρήγκαν”.

Η ΑΔΕΔΥ θεώρησε προσβλητικό τον χαρακτηρισμό «κηφήνες» και απαίτησε από τον Θάνο Τζήμερο να διαγράψει το σχόλιο και να ζητήσει συγγνώμη. (Εδώ μπορείτε να δείτε ολόκληρη την αγωγή της ΑΔΕΔΥ εδώ.

Πράγματι, ο πρόεδρος της ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΙΑΣ ΞΑΝΑ και Περιφερειακός Σύμβουλος Αττικής ζήτησε συγγνώμη αλλά… από τους κηφήνες, με το παρακάτω κείμενό του:

«Αναγνωρίζω ότι στη δημοσίευσή μου για την απεργία της ΑΔΕΔΥ, ο χαρακτηρισμός “κηφήνες” είναι προφανώς συκοφαντικός για τους πραγματικούς κηφήνες, από τους οποίους και ζητώ συγγνώμη, για τους εξής λόγους:

  1.    Γεννήθηκαν κηφήνες. Δεν διαθέτουν ούτε προβοσκίδα για να συλλέγουν νέκταρ, ούτε τριχίδια στα πόδια για να μαζεύουν γύρη, ούτε κεντρί για να αμύνονται. Και να ήθελαν να πάνε για δουλειά, δεν έχουν τα εργαλεία. Δεν μπήκαν, όπως οι ΑΔΕΔΥτες, στην κυψέλη ως πλήρως ικανοί προς εργασίαν, και κάποια στιγμή να σταμάτησαν να εργάζονται, εκμεταλλευόμενοι τη νομοθεσία και το αλισβερίσι με την εξουσία.
  2.    Κοστίζουν μόνο την τροφή τους. Δεν επιχορηγούνται από την κυψέλη με τενεκέδες μέλι, για εκπαιδευτικές δραστηριότητες, ταξίδια, εκδηλώσεις και αγωγές στις εργάτριες μέλισσες. Οι ΑΔΕΔΥτες, αντιθέτως, επιχορηγούνται με δεκάδες εκατομμύρια από το κράτος, δηλαδή από τον φορολογούμενο, για τις συνδικαλιστικές τους δραστηριότητες, οι οποίες στρέφονται πάντα εναντίον του!
  3.    Κανένας κηφήνας δεν εκπροσωπεί κάτι εκτός κυψέλης, ούτε εξελίσσεται σε στέλεχος της κυψέλης και διοικητικό συνεργάτη της βασίλισσας. Αντιθέτως, οι κρατικοί συνδικαλιστές εκπροσωπούν συνήθως τα κόμματα που τους προώθησαν σ’ αυτήν τη θέση, χρησιμοποιούν την ιδιότητά τους ως εφαλτήριο για πολιτική καριέρα και απαιτούν να συναποφασίζουν με την εκάστοτε κυβέρνηση για τα πάντα, από τα δημοσιονομικά μέχρι τα εθνικά θέματα.
  4.    Ουδέποτε διανοήθηκαν οι κηφήνες να κάνουν απεργία ή στάση εργασίας και να βυθίσουν την κυψέλη σε blackout —σε αντίθεση με τους κρατικούς συνδικαλιστές, που παραλύουν τη χώρα, όποτε τους καπνίσει, με εξοργιστικά ή κωμικά αιτήματα, εκτός κάθε πραγματικότητας. Φτάνουν, μάλιστα, στο σημείο να κατεβάζουν τα “ρολά” του Δημοσίου, ακόμα και για να τιμήσουν τη «μέρα της γυναίκας»!
  5.    Ουδέποτε οι κηφήνες είπαν στη βασίλισσα, “αυτό που αποφάσισες θα το ακυρώσουμε στην πράξη”. Αντιθέτως, οι ΑΔΕΔΥτες παρανομούν ασυστόλως, προτρέποντας και το σύνολο των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων να παρανομήσει, εκμεταλλευόμενοι τη φοβική στάση της εκάστοτε κυβέρνησης απέναντί τους και την ατολμία της να επιβάλει τον νόμο και την τάξη.
  6.    Οι κηφήνες έχουν κρίσιμο ρόλο στη ζωή της κυψέλης: την καθαρίζουν, μοιράζουν νέκταρ στις εργάτριες και κάνουν μερικά άλλα, που οι επιστήμονες τα ανακαλύπτουν σιγά-σιγά. Κανένας επιστήμονας δεν ανακάλυψε ακόμα τι ακριβώς προσφέρει στο κοινωνικό σύνολο η ΑΔΕΔΥ, πέρα από ταλαιπωρία, αφαίμαξη φόρων και νομιμοποίηση της αργομισθίας.
  7.    Στη σημαντικότερη στιγμή της ζωής τους, οι κηφήνες γονιμοποιούν τη βασίλισσα, εξασφαλίζοντας συνέχεια στην κοινωνία των μελισσών. Τι γονιμοποίησαν οι κρατικοί συνδικαλιστές, με τη στείρα άρνησή τους σε οποιαδήποτε προσπάθεια εκσυγχρονισμού του Δημοσίου;
  8.    Εάν οι εργάτριες αποφασίσουν ότι η τροφή δεν αρκεί για όλη την κυψέλη, αφήνουν τους κηφήνες έξω από αυτήν, ώστε να διασωθούν τα παραγωγικά μέλη της κοινωνίας τους. Αντιθέτως, οι κρατικοί συνδικαλιστές αφαιμάσσουν την παραγωγική οικονομία, καθώς, με συνεχείς απεργιακές κινητοποιήσεις (οι μόνοι τομείς στους οποίους “κινητοποιούνται”), προσπαθούν να εξασφαλίσουν για τους εαυτούς τους προκλητικά προνόμια, όπως το δικαίωμα να πληρώνονται, να εξελίσσονται μισθολογικά και να παίρνουν επιδόματα, ακόμα και υπερωρίες, χωρίς να εργάζονται ούτε μία ώρα στη θέση για την οποία προσελήφθησαν, ενώ η Οικονομία βυθίζεται. Επιπλέον, αρνούνται ακόμα και τον οικονομικό έλεγχο του κράτους, στο πώς χρησιμοποίησαν την κρατική επιχορήγηση, έλεγχο ο οποίος, όποτε διεξήχθη, αποκάλυψε σωρεία σκανδάλων και τερατώδη διασπάθιση του χρήματος των φορολογουμένων.

Αν δεν αλλάξει ο νόμος περί συνδικαλισμού, η χώρα θα είναι μη κυβερνήσιμη, όποιος και να βρίσκεται την εξουσία. Η ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΙΑ ΞΑΝΑ υπογραμμίζει τις πάγιες θέσεις της για τον Συνδικαλισμό, τις οποίες υποστηρίζει από το 2012:

  • Καμία απαλλαγή από εργασία στους συνδικαλιστές. Για να εκπροσωπείς τους εργαζόμενους, θα πρέπει κατ’ αρχάς να εργάζεσαι! Κάθε συνδικαλιστική δραστηριότητα θα ασκείται εκτός ωραρίου εργασίας.•Οι οικονομικοί πόροι των συνδικαλιστικών ενώσεων θα προέρχονται αποκλειστικά από τις συνδρομές των μελών τους. Η χρηματοδότηση της ΑΔΕΔΥ από το κράτος είναι παράνομη, καθώς ο συνδικαλιστικός νόμος (Ν. 1264 της 30.6/1-7-1982, άρθρο 5, παράγραφος 4) απαγορεύει στον εργοδότη να χρηματοδοτεί με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο, άμεσο ή έμμεσο, το συνδικαλιστικό σωματείο της επιχείρησής του, ώστε να μην το χειραγωγεί. Εργοδότης της ΑΔΕΔΥ είναι το κράτος. Και τα προνόμια, που παρεσχέθησαν από τα κυβερνητικά κόμματα στον κρατικό συνδικαλισμό, από την εποχή του Μεταξά, είχαν ακριβώς αυτόν τον στόχο: τη χειραγώγησή του και την ψηφοθηρική εκμετάλλευση της “δεξαμενής” των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων. Μόνο που, τελικά, συνέβη το αντίθετο: ο κρατικός συνδικαλισμός χειραγωγεί την εκάστοτε κυβέρνηση.
  • Η εγγραφή του εργαζόμενου στον συνδικαλιστικό του φορέα θα είναι προαιρετική.
  • Απεργία νοείται μόνο για επανόρθωση αδικιών εκ μέρους της εργοδοσίας και επιτρέπεται μόνο στον ιδιωτικό τομέα. Ο δημόσιος υπάλληλος είναι οργανικό τμήμα του κράτους, το οποίο είναι ο εγγυητής της νομιμότητας. Δεν νοείται απεργία του κράτους κατά του εαυτού του, με θύμα τον χρηματοδότη τού όλου συστήματος, τον πολίτη. Στην επόμενη συνταγματική αναθεώρηση, θα πρέπει να επανέλθει η διάταξη του Συντάγματος του 1952, που απαγόρευε την απεργία στο Δημόσιο και στις ΔΕΚΟ, όπως ισχύει σε όλα τα σοβαρά κράτη.
  • Απεργία αποφασίζεται με το 50% + μία ψήφο επί των εργαζομένων, όχι επί των παρόντων ούτε καν επί των εγγεγραμμένων στο σωματείο. Τα αιτήματα θα πρέπει να είναι αμιγώς υπηρεσιακά, συγκεκριμένα, και να αφορούν πλημμελή τήρηση των υποχρεώσεων της Διοίκησης του φορέα. Δεν θα μπορεί να απεργεί η ΑΔΕΔΥ κατά της παγκοσμιοποίησης ή ζητώντας… μόνιμες δουλειές για όλους στον ιδιωτικό τομέα!
  • Δημόσιος υπάλληλος, που απεργεί παρανόμως, απολύεται χωρίς αποζημίωση και ενάγεται, για ζημίες που υπέστη η Οικονομία εξ αιτίας του.»
  • Είναι προφανές ότι οι αργόμισθοι της “εύφορης κοιλάδας” του κρατικού συνδικαλισμού αντιλαμβάνονται ποιος πραγματικά απειλεί τα σκανδαλώδη προνόμιά τους, και γι’ αυτό κατέθεσαν την αγωγή τους, ως πράξη εκφοβισμού. Δεν θα τους περάσει.

Στις 11 Φεβρουαρίου 2021, ημερομηνία της εκδίκασης της αγωγής της ΑΔΕΔΥ κατά του Θάνου Τζήμερου, στο Πολυμελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών (κτήριο 4 αίθουσα 1), θα συγκρουσθούν δύο Ελλάδες: η Ελλάδα της παρακμής, με την Ελλάδα της Δημιουργίας.
