H Ελλάς, ευγνωμονούσα, κατευοδώνει τον Μίκη Θεοδωράκη: Λαϊκό προσκύνημα και πλήθος κόσμου στην Κρήτη

Η σορός του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη περνάει μπροστά από την πλατεία της δημοτικής αγοράς των Χανίων πριν μεταφερθεί στον Μητροπολιτικό Ναό των Εισοδίων της Θεοτόκου για λαϊκό προσκύνημα, Πέμπτη 9 Σεπτεμβρίου 2021. Σε λίγες ώρες ο Μίκης Θεοδωράκης θα αναπαυθεί αιωνίως στην κρητική γη, στον Γαλατά Χανίων, όπως ο ίδιος επιθυμούσε, δίπλα στον πατέρα και τον αδελφό του.

Το πλοίο που μετέφερε τη σορό του Θεοδωράκη στα πατρώα εδάφη «έδεσε» στο λιμάνι λίγο μετά τις 6: 00 το πρωί της Πέμπτης και μετά την αποβίβαση των επιβατών και οχημάτων στις 7:30, η σορός «πάτησε» στα χώματα της κρητικής γης.

Στο λιμάνι βρέθηκαν μέλη της οικογένειας, ο γραμματέας της ΚΕ του ΚΚΕ Δημήτρης Κουτσούμπας, ο δήμαρχος Χανίων και πολίτες που θέλησαν να τιμήσουν τον μεγάλο δημιουργό.

Η νεκρική πομπή

Η πομπή με τη σορό του Μίκη στη συνέχεια κατευθύνθηκε στην πόλη των Χανίων και στην πλατεία της δημοτικής αγοράς, όπου τον ανέμεναν βρακοφόροι καθώς και η φιλαρμονική ορχήστρα του δήμου Χανίων. Από εκεί με τα πόδια μεταφέρθηκε στον Μητροπολιτικό Ναό των Εισοδίων της Θεοτόκου όπου και θα παραμείνει για λαϊκό προσκύνημα έως τις 12 το μεσημέρι.

Υπό τους ήχους της Φιλαρμονικής του δήμου Χανίων που παιάνιζαν συνθέσεις του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη, πλήθος κόσμου βρέθηκε από νωρίς στη Δημοτική Αγορά για να πει το τελευταίο αντίο τον άνθρωπο που έκανε μέσω του έργου του γνωστή την Ελλάδα σε όλο τον κόσμο.

Κατά τη σύντομη στάση στη Δημοτική Αγορά, συγκεντρωμένοι με δάκρυα στα μάτια αποχαιρέτησαν με ένα παρατεταμένο χειροκρότημα τον Μίκη Θεοδωράκη, φωνάζοντας «αθάνατος».

Από νωρίς το πρωί, κάτοικοι των Χανίων είχαν σταθεί σε διάφορα σημεία της διαδρομής που διένυσε η αυτοκινητοπομπή, από το λιμάνι της Σούδας μέχρι τη Δημοτική Αγορά, για να αποτίσουν φόρο τιμής στον μεγάλο Έλληνα, τον κορυφαίο Κρητικό συνθέτη και δημιουργό.

Αθάνατος

Κρατώντας ένα λουλούδι στο χέρι και εμφανώς συγκινημένοι εκατοντάδες πολίτες συρρέουν από το πρωί στον μητροπολιτικό ναό των Εισοδίων της Θεοτόκου στα Χανιά, για να αποτίσουν φόρο τιμής στον Μίκη Θεοδωράκη. Μεταξύ αυτών και πολλοί ξένοι τουρίστες που με τα κινητά τους τηλέφωνα καταγράφουν εικόνες από το σημείο.

Την στιγμή που η σορός έφτασε στον ναό, υπό τους ήχους της φιλαρμονικής του δήμου, οι συγκεντρωμένοι πολίτες ξέσπασαν σε χειροκροτήματα και φώναζαν «αθάνατος». Στον χώρο μπροστά από τον ναό είχαν παραταχθεί -φορώντας παραδοσιακές στολές της Κρήτης- μέλη πολιτιστικών και παραδοσιακών συλλόγων, ενώ κατά την πορεία προς τον ναό φοιτητές τραγουδούσαν τραγούδια του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη. Η είσοδος στον ναό, παρά τον πολύ κόσμο, γίνεται με τάξη και με τήρηση των μέτρων κατά της πανδημίας.

Η σημερινή ημέρα είναι ημέρα πένθους για τα Χανιά, καθώς νωρίς το μεσημέρι η γη της Κρήτης που τόσο αγάπησε ο κορυφαίος συνθέτης θα τον δεχθεί για πάντα στην «αγκαλιά» της.

«Περιμένω από νωρίς το πρωί, για να αποχαιρετήσω τον Μίκη, τον δικό μας Μίκη, που μας δίδαξε πολλά με τη στάση ζωής του και τη μουσική του που έφτασε σε όλα τα μήκη και πλάτη του κόσμου», δήλωσε στο ΑΠΕ -ΜΠΕ ο κ. Γιώργος που κατάγεται, όπως και ο Μίκης Θεοδωράκης, από τον Γαλατά.

Τελευταία στάση ο Γαλατάς

Στις 13:00, η σορός με πομπή αυτοκινήτων θα μεταφερθεί στον ιερό ναό του Αγίου Νικολάου στο χωριό Γαλατάς, όπου σε στενό κύκλο εντός του ναού θα ψαλεί η εξόδιος ακολουθία σε στενό κύκλο και με αυστηρή τήρηση του πρωτοκόλλου για την δημόσια υγεία. Η ταφή του θα γίνει στο κοιμητήριο του χωριού, όπως εκείνος επιθυμούσε, για να βρίσκεται δίπλα στον πατέρα του και τον αδελφό του.

Στην τελετή της κηδείας του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη, στον Γαλατά Χανίων, θα παραστούν η Πρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας Κατερίνα Σακελλαροπούλου, ο πρωθυπουργός Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, ο αρχηγός της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης Αλέξης Τσίπρας, ο γγ της ΚΕ του ΚΚΕ Δημήτρης Κουτσούμπας, εκπρόσωποι της πολιτικής και πολιτειακής ηγεσίας.

Η ταφή του θα γίνει στο κοιμητήριο του χωριού, όπως εκείνος επιθυμούσε, για να βρίσκεται δίπλα στον πατέρα του και τον αδελφό του.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της κηδείας τόσο στην πόλη των Χανίων, όσο και στο χωριό Γαλατάς θα ισχύσουν έκτακτα κυκλοφοριακά μέτρα ενώ σε ένδειξη πένθους θα παραμείνουν κλειστές όλες οι δημοτικές υπηρεσίες.

Χθες, στη Μητρόπολη Αθηνών, πραγματοποιήθηκε η τελετή αποχαιρετισμού στον κορυφαίο δημιουργό, στην οποία χοροστάτησε ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αθηνών και πάσης Ελλάδος Ιερώνυμος.

Τελευταία ημέρα του τριήμερου προσκυνήματος της σορού του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη και από νωρίς χιλιάδες άνθρωποι όλων των ηλικιών βρέθηκαν στη Μητρόπολη για να τιμήσουν τον σπουδαίο Έλληνα, με χειροκροτήματα, τραγούδια, πανό και συνθήματα.

Ακόμα και η βροχή που έπεφτε κατά διαστήματα δεν πτόησε κανέναν. Κορυφαία στιγμή της ημέρας, η μεταφορά της σορού του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη στο φέρετρο από το εκκλησάκι του Αγίου Ελευθερίου στη Μητρόπολη και μετά το πέρας της τελετής.

«Έδωσε ρωμαλέα αγωνιστικότητα στο ελληνικό τραγούδι, δραματική διάσταση στις επικές του συνθέσεις, λυρική ομορφιά και υπόρρητη μελαγχολία στις μπαλάντες του», υπενθύμισε η κ. Σακελλαροπούλου, αναφερόμενη στο ιδιαίτερο μουσικό σύμπαν που δημιούργησε ο Θεοδωράκης, υπογραμμίζοντας επίσης ότι υπήρξε σύμβολο της υπεύθυνης ατομικής στάσης απέναντι στα σκληρά αιτήματα της Ιστορίας, καθώς και παράδειγμα θάρρους στην έκφραση γνώμης και τόλμης στη διατράνωση των πιστεύω του, αφού αψήφησε διώξεις, συλλήψεις, εκτοπισμούς, διαψεύσεις και πικρίες.

«Τόσο η δημιουργία όσο και η πολιτική του στάση καθορίστηκαν πάντοτε από την πεποίθηση ότι ποιητική ύλη και ποιοτική αλήθεια μπορεί να βρει ο καλλιτέχνης στους κόλπους του λαού· και ότι χωρίς την πίστη στον λαό του κανείς δημιουργός δεν μπορεί να ανοίξει τα φτερά του στον κόσμο», σημείωσε μεταξύ άλλων η Πρόεδρος.

«’Βροντάνε στράτες κι αγορές’ μετά την είδηση του χαμού σου, αγαπημένε μας Μίκη. Πλήθος ανθρώπων από όλες τις ηλικίες, απ’ όλες τις γενιές βρίσκονται τις τρεις αυτές μέρες εδώ για να σε αποχαιρετήσουν. Σεμνά, μα όχι βουβά. Με τα τραγούδια σου σε αποχαιρετάμε, όπως αξίζει σε εκείνους που λεβέντικα ροβόλισαν τον κόσμο”, τόνισε, μεταξύ άλλων, από τη μεριά του ο γενικός γραμματέας της ΚΕ του ΚΚΕ, Δημήτρης Κουτσούμπας, στον αποχαιρετισμό του στον Μίκη Θεοδωράκη.

Φράγμα μεγαλόπρεπο στη λήθη, ένα δοξαστικό στην εποποιία του λαού μας τον 20ο αιώνα, είναι το έργο σου. Αποστόμωσε όσους προσπαθούν να μαυρίσουν τη μνήμη της, διόρθωσε τα ψέματα, έκανε έναν ολόκληρο λαό να νιώθει περηφάνια για την κληρονομιά του και θαυμασμό για εκείνους που με τον αγώνα τους την τιμούν και προσπαθούν να τη μεγαλώσουν», τόνισε.

Μετά τους δυο επικήδειους, υπό «βροχή» χειροκροτημάτων, την ιαχή «αθάνατος» και ζωηρά συνθήματα, η σορός του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη, συνοδευόμενη από τα μέλη της οικογένειάς του, αναχώρησε από τη Μητρόπολη Αθηνών.
