Στα ύψη οι εισπράξεις από τον τουρισμό τη διετία 2016-2018 -Πόσα χρήματα εισέρρευσαν στις 13 Περιφέρειες της χώρας
Εξαιρετικές ήταν οι επιδόσεις στον τουρισμό την διετία 2016-2018. Οι επισκέψεις καθώς και οι τουριστικές εισπράξεις συνολικά στις 13 Περιφέρειες της χώρας αυξήθηκαν κατά 23%, ενώ η μέση δαπάνη ανά επίσκεψη διατηρήθηκε σχεδόν στα ίδια επίπεδα, στα 449 ευρώ.
To Ινστιτούτο του Συνδέσμου Ελληνικών Τουριστικών Επιχειρήσεων (ΙΝΣΕΤΕ) έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα την πρώτη έκδοση των Ετήσιων Εκθέσεων Ανταγωνιστικότητας και Διαρθρωτικής Προσαρμογής στον Τομέα του Τουρισμού των 13 Περιφερειών της χώρας (εδώ).
Οι εκθέσεις ακτινογραφούν με λεπτομερή στοιχεία, επικαιροποιημένα έως και το 2018, τον τουριστικό τομέα κάθε Περιφέρειας, και θα αποτελέσουν ένα χρήσιμο εργαλείο για τις επιχειρήσεις, τις Περιφέρειες και τους Δήμους καθώς και την Κεντρική Κυβέρνηση για τη διαμόρφωση πολιτικών και τη λήψη στρατηγικών αποφάσεων για την βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη του τουρισμού προς όφελος των τοπικών οικονομιών και κοινωνιών.
Οι 13 εκθέσεις, αποτυπώνοντας τα ιδιαίτερα τουριστικά χαρακτηριστικά της κάθε Περιφέρειας, υποστηρίζουν και ενισχύουν τη χάραξη περιφερειακής τουριστικής πολιτικής, κατάλληλα προσαρμοσμένης στις ιδιαιτερότητες και τα χαρακτηριστικά των επιμέρους Περιφερειών, που με τη σειρά της θα επιτρέψει να διαχυθούν ωφέλειες και σε περιοχές που σήμερα δεν είναι τουριστικά ανεπτυγμένες.
Οι εκθέσεις περιλαμβάνουν δεδομένα για το φυσικό και κοινωνικοοικονομικό περιβάλλον κάθε Περιφέρειας, τους τουριστικούς της πόρους, το μέγεθος της τουριστικής οικονομίας και απασχόλησης, τα βασικά μεγέθη και τους δείκτες εισερχόμενου τουρισμού (αφίξεις, διανυκτερεύσεις, πληρότητα κλπ.), την αεροπορική, θαλάσσια και οδική κίνηση, την επισκεψιμότητα σε μουσεία και αρχαιολογικούς χώρους, τις τουριστικές υποδομές, τους βασικούς δείκτες απόδοσης των ξενοδοχείων καθώς και τις προβλέψεις του εκάστοτε Περιφερειακού Χωροταξικού Πλαισίου στον τουρισμό, όπου αυτό έχει θεσμοθετηθεί.
Σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία των εκθέσεων, οι επισκέψεις στις 13 Περιφέρειες της χώρας την περίοδο 2016 – 2018 αυξήθηκαν κατά 23% (από 28,38 εκατ. σε 34,83 εκατ.). Αντίστοιχα, οι τουριστικές εισπράξεις στην Ελλάδα την ίδια περίοδο αυξήθηκαν κατά 23% (από 12,75 δισ. ευρώ το 2016 σε 15,65 δισ. ευρώ το 2018). Επίσης, η μέση δαπάνη ανά επίσκεψη στην Ελλάδα το 2018 διατηρήθηκε σχεδόν στα ίδια επίπεδα σε σχέση με το 2016, στα 449 ευρώ. Επιμέρους, η μέση δαπάνη κατέγραψε θετική μεταβολή σε 7 Περιφέρειες, ενώ παρουσίασε μείωση σε 6 Περιφέρειες.
Ειδικότερα, ανά Περιφέρεια οι επισκέψεις, οι τουριστικές εισπράξεις και η μέση δαπάνη ανά επίσκεψη στην Ελλάδα και το ποσοστό μεταβολής μεταξύ 2016 και 2018 διαμορφώθηκαν ως εξής:
Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας
Επισκέψεις: +22%, από 6,4 εκατ. σε 7,8 εκατ.
Εισπράξεις: +35%, από 1,7 δισ. ευρώ σε 2,3 δισ. ευρώ
Μέση δαπάνη: +10% από 264 ευρώ σε 291 ευρώ
Νοτίου Αιγαίου
Επισκέψεις: +27%, από 5,2 εκατ. σε 6,6 εκατ.
Εισπράξεις: +41%, από 3,1 δισ. ευρώ σε 4,4 δισ. ευρώ
Μέση δαπάνη: +11% από 600 ευρώ σε 666 ευρώ
Αττικής
Επισκέψεις: +25%, από 4,5 εκατ. σε 5,7 εκατ.

Να σημειωθεί ότι ως επισκέψεις, ορίζονται οι επισκέψεις που κάνει ένας τουρίστας στις επιμέρους Περιφέρειες της χώρας. Για παράδειγμα, ένας τουρίστας που ταξιδεύει στην Ελλάδα και επισκέπτεται δύο Περιφέρειες (π.χ. Αττικής και Νοτίου Αιγαίου) καταγράφεται στην Έρευνα Συνόρων της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος ως μια άφιξη και δύο επισκέψεις. Για τον λόγο αυτό, το σύνολο των επισκέψεων στις Περιφέρειες υπερβαίνει το σύνολο των αφίξεων στη χώρα.
Οι διεθνείς αεροπορικές αφίξεις την περίοδο 2013 – 2018, σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 62% (από 12,8 εκατ. σε 20,8 εκατ.).
Τα στοιχεία ανά περιφέρεια
Περιφέρεια Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας – Θράκης
Η Περιφέρεια Αν. Μακεδονίας – Θράκης αντιπροσωπεύει το 6% των επισκέψεων που καταγράφηκαν στις Περιφέρειες της Ελλάδας το 2018, σημειώνοντας αύξηση κατά 42% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 1,4 εκατ. σε 1,9 εκατ.). Αναφορικά με τις χώρες προέλευσης, όλες οι σημαντικές αγορές καταγράφουν θετική ποσοστιαία μεταβολή: Βουλγαρία (+63%, από 536 χιλ. το 2016 σε 875 χιλ. το 2018), Τουρκία (+19%, από 360 χιλ. σε 429 χιλ.), Ρουμανία (+32%, από 96 χιλ. σε 127 χιλ.), Γερμανία (+2%, από 116 χιλ. σε 118 χιλ.) και λοιπές (+48%, από 256 χιλ. σε 380 χιλ.).
Η Περιφέρεια κατέχει μερίδιο 2% στο σύνολο των τουριστικών εισπράξεων που καταγράφηκαν στην Ελλάδα το 2018, παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 12% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 288 εκατ. ευρώ σε 322 εκατ. ευρώ).
Οι διεθνείς αεροπορικές αφίξεις την περίοδο 2013 – 2018 σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 112% (από 76 χιλ. το 2013 σε 160 χιλ. το 2018). Επίσης, η Περιφέρεια κατέχει το 6% των διακινηθέντων ακτοπλοϊκώς στο εσωτερικό της χώρας, σημειώνοντας την περίοδο 2013 – 2018 αύξηση κατά 35% (από 3,3 εκατ. το 2013 σε 4,4 εκατ. το 2018).
Την ίδια περίοδο, οι απασχολούμενοι στον κλάδο της εστίασης κατέγραψαν αύξηση κατά 97% (από 8 χιλ. το 2013 σε 15 χιλ. το 2018) ενώ οι απασχολούμενοι στα καταλύματα αύξηση κατά 47% (από περίπου 1 χιλ. απασχολούμενους σε 2 χιλ.).

Περιφέρεια Αττικής
Η Περιφέρεια Αττικής αντιπροσωπεύει το 16% των επισκέψεων που καταγράφηκαν στις Περιφέρειες της Ελλάδας το 2018, σημειώνοντας αύξηση κατά 25% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 4,5 εκατ. σε 5,7 εκατ.). Αναφορικά με τις χώρες προέλευσης, όλες οι σημαντικές αγορές καταγράφουν θετική ποσοστιαία μεταβολή, με εξαίρεση το Ην. Βασίλειο (-12%, από 536 χιλ. το 2016 σε 472 χιλ. το 2018). Ενδεικτικά οι υπόλοιπες αγορές: ΗΠΑ (+41%, από 554 χιλ. σε 778 χιλ.), Γερμανία (+48%, από 291 χιλ. σε 432 χιλ.), Κύπρος (+20%, από 313 χιλ. σε 375 χιλ. ), Γαλλία (+25%, από 266 χιλ. σε 332 χιλ.), Ιταλία (+12%, από 281 χιλ. σε 314 χιλ.), Αυστραλία (+108%, από 105 χιλ. σε 217 χιλ.), Τουρκία (+18%, από 151 χιλ. σε 177 χιλ.) και λοιπές (+26%, από 2 εκατ. σε 2,6 εκατ.).
Η Περιφέρεια κατέχει μερίδιο 15% στο σύνολο των τουριστικών εισπράξεων που καταγράφηκαν στην Ελλάδα το 2018, παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 31% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 1,7 δισ. ευρώ σε 2,3 δισ. ευρώ).
Οι διεθνείς αεροπορικές αφίξεις την περίοδο 2013 – 2018 σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 118% (από 2,6 εκατ. σε 5,7 εκατ.). Επίσης, η Περιφέρεια κατέχει το 42% των διακινηθέντων ακτοπλοϊκώς στο εσωτερικό της χώρας, σημειώνοντας την περίοδο 2013-2018 μείωση κατά 18% (από 36,4 εκατ. σε 29,8 εκατ.).
Την ίδια περίοδο, οι απασχολούμενοι στον κλάδο της εστίασης σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 34% (από 63 χιλ. το 2013 σε 84 χιλ. το 2018) ενώ οι απασχολούμενοι στα καταλύματα αύξηση κατά 57% (από 9 χιλ. σε 14 χιλ.).

Περιφέρεια Βορείου Αιγαίου
Η Περιφέρεια Βορείου Αιγαίου αντιπροσωπεύει το 1% των επισκέψεων που καταγράφηκαν στις Περιφέρειες της Ελλάδας το 2018, σημειώνοντας αύξηση κατά 19% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 328 χιλ. σε 389 χιλ.). Αναφορικά με τις χώρες προέλευσης, όλες οι σημαντικές αγορές καταγράφουν θετική ποσοστιαία μεταβολή, με εξαίρεση την αγορά της Τουρκίας (-21%, από 143 χιλ. το 2016 σε 113 χιλ. το 2018). Ενδεικτικά οι υπόλοιπες αγορές: Ην. Βασίλειο (+62%, από 44 χιλ. σε 71 χιλ.), ΗΠΑ (+45%, από 23 χιλ. σε 34 χιλ.), Γερμανία (+44%, από 18 χιλ. σε 26 χιλ.) και λοιπές χώρες (+45%, από 100 χιλ. σε 145 χιλ.).
Η Περιφέρεια κατέχει μερίδιο 1% στο σύνολο των τουριστικών εισπράξεων που καταγράφηκαν στην Ελλάδα το 2018, παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 26% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 131 εκατ. ευρώ σε 164 εκατ. ευρώ).
Οι διεθνείς αεροπορικές αφίξεις την περίοδο 2013 – 2018 σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 22% (από 176 χιλ. σε 215 χιλ.). Επίσης, η Περιφέρεια κατέχει το 2% των διακινηθέντων ακτοπλοϊκώς στο εσωτερικό της χώρας, σημειώνοντας την περίοδο 2013-2018 αύξηση κατά 8% (από 1,3 εκατ. σε 1,4 εκατ.)
Την ίδια περίοδο, οι απασχολούμενοι στον κλάδο της εστίασης σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 59% (από 4 χιλ. το 2013 σε 6 χιλ. το 2018) ενώ οι απασχολούμενοι στα καταλύματα αύξηση κατά 30% (από 2 χιλ. σε 3 χιλ.).

Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας
Η Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας αντιπροσωπεύει το 2% των επισκέψεων που καταγράφηκαν στις Περιφέρειες της Ελλάδας το 2018, σημειώνοντας αύξηση σε σύγκριση με το 2016 κατά 36% (από 513 χιλ. σε 699 χιλ.). Αναφορικά με τις χώρες προέλευσης, όλες οι σημαντικές αγορές καταγράφουν θετική ποσοστιαία μεταβολή: Αλβανία (+79%, από 78 χιλ. το 2016 σε 139 χιλ. το 2018), Γερμανία (+48%, από 48 χιλ. σε 71 χιλ.), Γαλλία (+22%, από 36 χιλ. σε 44 χιλ.), Ην. Βασίλειο (+0,1%, από 43 χιλ. σε 43 χιλ.) και λοιπές (+30%, από 309 χιλ. σε 402 χιλ.).
Η Περιφέρεια κατέχει μερίδιο 1% στο σύνολο των τουριστικών εισπράξεων που καταγράφηκαν στην Ελλάδα το 2018, παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 46% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 146 εκατ. ευρώ σε 212 εκατ. ευρώ το 2018).
Οι διεθνείς αεροπορικές αφίξεις την περίοδο 2013 – 2018 σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 65% (από 224 χιλ. σε 371 χιλ.). Επίσης, η Περιφέρεια κατέχει το 6% των διακινηθέντων ακτοπλοϊκώς στο εσωτερικό της χώρας, σημειώνοντας την περίοδο 2013- 2018 μείωση κατά 24% (από 5,8 εκατ. σε 4,4 εκατ.).
Την ίδια περίοδο, οι απασχολούμενοι στον κλάδο της εστίασης σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 37% (από 13 χιλ. το 2013 σε 18 χιλ. το 2018) ενώ οι απασχολούμενοι στα καταλύματα αύξηση κατά 38% (από 2 χιλ. σε 3 χιλ.).

Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας
Η Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας αντιπροσωπεύει το 1% των επισκέψεων που καταγράφηκαν στις Περιφέρειες της Ελλάδας το 2018, σημειώνοντας αύξηση σε σύγκριση με το 2016 κατά 6% (από 330 χιλ. σε 349 χιλ.). Αναφορικά με τις χώρες προέλευσης, όλες οι σημαντικές αγορές καταγράφουν αύξηση με εξαίρεση την αγορά της Αλβανίας (-39%, από 154 χιλ. το 2016 σε 93 χιλ. το 2018). Ενδεικτικά οι υπόλοιπες αγορές: Γερμανία (+32%, από 29 χιλ. σε 38 χιλ.), Βουλγαρία (+38%, από 46 χιλ. σε 64 χιλ.), Ρουμανία (+69%, από 20 χιλ. σε 35 χιλ.) και λοιπές (+48%, από 80 χιλ. σε 119 χιλ.).
Η Περιφέρεια κατέχει μερίδιο 0,4% στο σύνολο των τουριστικών εισπράξεων που καταγράφηκαν στην Ελλάδα το 2018, παρουσιάζοντας μείωση κατά 11% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 68 εκατ. ευρώ σε 61 εκατ. ευρώ.
Η Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας για πρώτη φορά το 2018 σημείωσε διεθνή αεροπορική κίνηση, καταγράφοντας 125 αφίξεις στο αεροδρόμιο της Καστοριάς.
Την περίοδο 2013-2018, οι απασχολούμενοι στον κλάδο της εστίασης σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 3% (από 5 χιλ. το 2013 σε πάνω από 5 χιλ. το 2018) ενώ οι απασχολούμενοι στα καταλύματα αύξηση κατά 130% (από 340 απασχολούμενους σε 781 απασχολούμενους).

Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου
Η Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου αντιπροσωπεύει το 2% των επισκέψεων που καταγράφηκαν στις Περιφέρειες της Ελλάδας το 2018, σημειώνοντας αύξηση κατά 15% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 717 χιλ. σε 823 χιλ.). Αναφορικά με τις χώρες προέλευσης, όλες οι σημαντικές αγορές σημειώνουν αύξηση με εξαίρεση το Ην. Βασίλειο (-15%, από 48 χιλ. το 2016 σε 41 χιλ. το 2018). Ενδεικτικά οι υπόλοιπες αγορές: Αλβανία (+20%, από 193 χιλ. σε 231 χιλ.), Γερμανία (+14%, από 73 χιλ. σε 83 χιλ.), Ιταλία (+25%, από 50 χιλ. σε 63 χιλ.) και λοιπές (+15%, από 353 χιλ. σε 406 χιλ.).
Η Περιφέρεια κατέχει μερίδιο 1% στο σύνολο των τουριστικών εισπράξεων που καταγράφηκαν στην Ελλάδα το 2018, παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 2% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 218 εκατ. ευρώ σε 222 εκατ. ευρώ).
Η Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου για πρώτη φορά το 2017 σημείωσε διεθνή αεροπορική κίνηση στο αεροδρόμιο των Ιωαννίνων, το μοναδικό αεροδρόμιο που διαθέτει η Περιφέρεια, καταγράφοντας 3.232 διεθνείς αφίξεις. Το 2018, οι διεθνείς αφίξεις παρουσίασαν αύξηση κατά 205% σε σύγκριση με το 2017 (από 3 χιλ. σε 10 χιλ.). Επίσης, η Περιφέρεια κατέχει το 3% των διακινηθέντων ακτοπλοϊκώς στο εσωτερικό της χώρας (λιμάνι Ηγουμενίτσας), σημειώνοντας την περίοδο 2013 – 2018 αύξηση κατά 18% (από 1,6 εκατ. σε 1,9 εκατ.).
Την ίδια περίοδο, οι απασχολούμενοι στον κλάδο της εστίασης σημείωσαν αύξηση κατά 75% (από 7 χιλ. το 2013 σε 12 χιλ. το 2018) ενώ οι απασχολούμενοι στα καταλύματα αύξηση κατά 29% (από 2 χιλ. σε 3 χιλ.).

Περιφέρεια Θεσσαλίας
Η Περιφέρεια Θεσσαλίας αντιπροσωπεύει το 2% των επισκέψεων που καταγράφηκαν στις Περιφέρειες της Ελλάδας το 2018, σημειώνοντας μείωση κατά 6% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 714 χιλ. σε 675 χιλ.). Αναφορικά με τις χώρες προέλευσης η εικόνα είναι μεικτή, με τις αγορές της Ιταλίας (+18%, από 101 χιλ. το 2016 σε 119 χιλ. το 2018) και της Γερμανίας (+7%, από 63 χιλ. σε 67 χιλ.) να καταγράφουν αύξηση και τις αγορές του Ην. Βασιλείου (-12%, από 113 χιλ. σε 100 χιλ.), της Ρουμανίας (-45%, από 54 χιλ. σε 29 χιλ.) και των λοιπών (-6%, από 384 χιλ. σε 360 χιλ.) μείωση.
Η Περιφέρεια κατέχει μερίδιο 2% στο σύνολο των τουριστικών εισπράξεων που καταγράφηκαν στην Ελλάδα το 2018, παρουσιάζοντας μείωση κατά 10% σε σύγκριση με το 2016 (από 301 εκατ. ευρώ σε 270 εκατ. ευρώ).
