Ἐθνικό ἔγκλημα ΣΥΡΙΖΑ: Ὑπέρ ἀναγνωρίσεως «τουρκικῆς» μειονότητος Εφημερίς Εστία Φεβ 2021

Ἐνῶ ζητεῖ τήν ἀποκαθήλωση χριστιανικῶν συμβόλων ἀπό ὅλες τίς δημόσιες ἀρχές καί οὐδετεροθρησκεία – Οἱ θέσεις του στόν προσυνεδριακό διάλογο

YΠΕΡ τοῦ δικαιώματος τῶν μελῶν τῆς μουσουλμανικῆς μειονότητος τῆς Θράκης στόν συλλογικό ἐθνοτικό αὐτοπροσδιορισμό εἰς τρόπον ὥστε αὐτή εἰς τό μέλλον νά δύναται νά χαρακτηρισθεῖ ὡς «τουρκική», τάσσεται ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ μέ τό κείμενο τῶν θέσεών του πού ἐδόθη στήν δημοσιότητα στό πλαίσιο τοῦ προσυνεδριακοῦ διαλόγου του. Μέ τό ἴδιο κείμενο «κλείνει» ἐν ὄψει καί τῆς ἔντονης φημολογίας περί πρόωρων ἐκλογῶν πονηρά τό μάτι στήν μειονότητα ὑποστηρίζοντας τήν καθιέρωση τῆς τουρκικῆς γλώσσης ὡς γλώσσης ἐπιλογῆς στά σχολεῖα τῆς περιοχῆς τῆς Θράκης δίδοντάς της προτεραιότητα ἔναντι τῆς γλώσσης τῆς Ρωμανί καί τῆς Πομακικῆς. Συγκεκριμένα, ἡ ἀναφορά στό ζήτημα τοῦ συλλογικοῦ αὐτοπροσδιορισμοῦ καί ὄχι τοῦ ἀτομικοῦ ὅπως ἀναγνωρίζει ἕως σήμερα ἡ Πολιτεία εἶναι ἡ ἑξῆς: «Ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ στηρίζει τό δικαίωμα τοῦ αὐτοπροσδιορισμοῦ ὅπως ὁρίζεται ἀπό τό εὐρωπαϊκό νομικό κεκτημένο στήν βάση καί τῶν ἐν ἐξελίξει δικαστικῶν ἀποφάσεων».

Ἐπί τῆς οὐσίας ἡ ἀξιωματική Ἀντιπολίτευσις ἐπιχειρεῖ νά παρέμβει ὑπέρ τῆς ἀναγνωρίσεως «τουρκικῶν συλλόγων» ὅπως ἡ αὐτοαποκαλουμένη «Τουρκική Ἕνωσις Ξάνθης» στήν κρίση τῆς Ὁλομελείας τοῦ Ἀρείου Πάγου ἐνώπιον τοῦ ὁποίου ἐκκρεμεῖ ἡ αἴτησις ἀναιρέσεως τοῦ σωματείου αὐτοῦ. Καί παρεμβαίνει πρῶτον ἐναντίον τῆς ἰδίας τῆς νομοθεσίας πού ψήφισε ὑπό τήν πίεσιν πολιτειακῶν παραγόντων ἀλλά καί τῆς ΝΔ ὁ ἴδιος ὡς κυβέρνησις ἐπί Ὑπουργίας Σταύρου Κοντονῆ, μέ τήν ὁποία δέν ἐπιτρέπεται ἡ λειτουργία τέτοιων συλλόγων ὅταν προκύπτουν θέματα ἀσφαλείας καί δημοσίας τάξεως, καί δεύτερον (παρεμβαίνει) ὅταν μόλις λίγες ἡμέρες πρίν ἀπό τό μειονοτικό κόμμα τῆς Θράκης ΚΙΕΦ παρενέβη ὑπέρ τοῦ δικαιώματος αὐτοπροσδιορισμοῦ ὡς «Μακεδόνων» ἑνός δῆθεν πολιτιστικοῦ συλλόγου ἀπό τίς Σέρρες («Ἀδελφότητα γηγενῶν ντόπιων νομοῦ Σερρῶν Κύριλλος καί Μεθόδιος»), τό καταστατικό τοῦ ὁποίου ἀπερρίφθη ἀπό τό Μονομελές Ἐφετεῖο Θεσσαλονίκης.

Τό Κόμμα Ἰσότητος Εἰρήνης Φιλίας (ΚΙΕΦ) ἔθεσε τό ἴδιο ἀκριβῶς θέμα, τοῦ ἐθνοτικοῦ αὐτοπροσδιορισμοῦ αὐτήν τήν φορά μέ σκοπό τήν ἀναγνώριση «μακεδονικῆς μειονότητος». Ἐναρμονιζόμενο μέ τίς πρόσφατες δηλώσεις τοῦ Σκοπιανοῦ Προέδρου Πενταρόφκσι ὑπέρ «Μακεδόνων» Ἑλλάδος. Συσχέτισε μάλιστα τήν ὑπόθεση τοῦ πολιτιστικοῦ συλλόγου μέ τίς ἐκκρεμεῖς δικαστικές ἀποφάσεις γιά τήν μουσουλμανική μειονότητα ὡς ἑξῆς: «Ἡ ἀπόφαση αὐτή ἐνάντια στήν μακεδονική μειονότητα εἶναι ἕνα παράδειγμα ὅλων τῶν ἀποφάσεων πού ἔχουν δοθεῖ ἐνάντια στήν μουσουλμανική τουρκική μειονότητα τῆς Θράκης παρά τίς ἀποφάσεις τῆς ΕΔΑΔ πού δικαιώνουν τήν μειονότητά μας». Τέτοια ὑπευθυνότης ἀπό τόν ΣΥΡΙΖΑ λοιπόν. Ἀπόλυτη ταύτισις μέ τό μειονοτικό κόμμα ΚΙΕΦ!

Ταυτοχόνως συμβαίνει ὅμως κάτι ἐξοργιστικό. Τήν ὥρα πού ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ ἀναγνωρίζει ὅτι πρέπει νά γίνονται ἀπό τήν Πολιτεία «θετικές διακρίσεις» ὑπέρ τῶν μουσουλμάνων τῆς Θράκης μέ βάση τό θρήσκευμα, τήν ἴδια αὐτή ὥρα ἐπιτίθεται ἐκ νέου κατά τῆς Ἐκκλησίας τῆς Ἑλλάδος ζητώντας ἀπό τήν Πολιτεία τήν ἀποκαθήλωση τῶν θρησκευτικῶν συμβόλων ἀπό τίς δημόσιες ἀρχές, τήν κατάργηση τοῦ θρησκευτικοῦ ὅρκου καί τήν καθιέρωση τοῦ πολιτικοῦ ὡς τοῦ μόνου ὅρκου. Καί ὄχι μόνον αὐτό: Ζητεῖ ἀπό τήν Πολιτεία ἔναρξη διαλόγου μέ τό Οἰκουμενικό Πατριαρχεῖο γιά νέο καταστατικό χάρτη τῆς Ἐκκλησίας. Δέν θά ἀναλύσουμε τί ὑποκρύπτεται τί κρύβεται πίσω ἀπό αὐτήν τήν πρόταση, ἁπλῶς λέμε ντροπή! Ἀναλυτικῶς οἱ θέσεις τοῦ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ γιά τά θέματα αὐτά ὅπως ἀποτυπώνονται στό κείμενο τοῦ προσυνεδριακοῦ διαλόγου, εἶναι οἱ ἑξῆς: «Δημοκρατικές μεταρρυθμίσεις σχετικά μέ τή μουσουλμανική μειονότητα τῆς Θράκης.

Ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΠΣ θέτει ὡς προτεραιότητα τήν προώθηση δημοκρατικῶν μεταρρυθμίσεων στή Θράκη πού θά ενισχύσουν τά δικαιώματα τῆς μουσουλμανικῆς μειονότητας καί τήν κοινωνική συνοχή στήν περιοχή, διορθώνοντας σοβαρά λάθη τοῦ παρελθόντος καί ἀκυρώνοντας, παράλληλα, τίς παρεμβάσεις τρίτων σέ ζητήματα πού ἀφοροῦν Ἕλληνες πολῖτες.

Ἡ Κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, ἄλλωστε, προώθησε τήν ἱστορικῆς σημασίας νομοθετική ρύθμιση γιά τήν προαιρετικότητα τῆς Σαρίας καί ἐκσυγχρονισμό τῶν μουφτειῶν, διόρισε Τοποτηρητές καί ἄνοιξε τήν συζήτηση γιά κατάργηση τῆς Σαρίας σέ διαβούλευση μέ τήν μειονότητα. Στό πλαίσιο αυτό, στηρίζει τήν ἀνάδειξη μουφτήδων μέ διαδικασίες πού θά ἀποφασιστοῦν σέ διαβούλευση μέ τή μειονότητα καί θά ἐξασφαλίζουν τήν μεγαλύτερη δυνατή ἀποδοχή τους. Παράλληλα, στηρίζει τήν διενέργεια ἐκλογῶν στίς διαχειριστικές ἐπιτροπές δήμων Κομοτηνῆς, Ξάνθης καί Διδυμοτείχου καί τή διενέργεια ἐκλογῶν στίς βακουφικές ἐπιτροπές τό συντομότερο δυνατόν.

Στηρίζει τήν σύγχρονη καί συμπεριληπτική ἐκπαίδευση στήν Θράκη, μέ ἐνίσχυση τῆς δημόσιας ἐκπαίδευσης καί δημιουργία νέων σχολείων μέ εἰσαγωγή τῶν τουρκικῶν ὡς γλώσσας ἐπιλογῆς. (…) Στηρίζει παράλληλα, τή συνέχιση τοῦ προγράμματος πού εἰσήγαγε ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ (καί ἐφαρμόστηκε τό 2017-2019) σέ ἀμιγῶς μειονοτικούς οἰκισμούς καί προέβλεπε τήν ταυτόχρονη παρουσία στήν τάξη τῆς νηπιαγωγοῦ καί συνεργάτριας/η ἀπό τή μειονότητα πτυχιοῦχο παιδαγωγικῶν ἑλληνικοῦ πανεπιστημίου, προκειμένου νά ἀξιοποιηθεῖ στήν ἐκπαιδευτική διαδικασία ἡ μητρική γλῶσσα τῶν παιδιῶν καί νά διευκολυνθεῖ ἡ κοινωνικοποίησή τους. Στηρίζει τήν ἵδρυση ἰδιωτικῶν νηπιαγωγείων στή βάση σαφοῦς κανονιστικοῦ πλαισίου.

Ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΠΣ στηρίζει ἐπίσης τό δικαίωμα αὐτοπροσδιορισμοῦ ὅπως ὁρίζεται ἀπό τό ευρωπαϊκό νομικό κεκτημένο, στή βάση καί τῶν ἐν ἐξελίξει δικαστικῶων διαδικασιῶν».
Διαχωρισμός κράτους – Ἐκκλησίας

«Ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ–ΠΣ σέβεται τό θρησκευτικό αἴσθημα τοῦ ἑλληνικοῦ λαοῦ καί τιμᾶ τίς παραδόσεις του. Οἱ θέσεις μας γιά μιά νέα, σύγχρονη ρύθμιση τῶν σχέσεων Κράτους – Ἐκκλησίας ἐντάσσονται στήν προοπτική τῆς βαθμιαίας καί ἀμοιβαίας ἀπεξάρτησης, στό πλαίσιο ενός καθεστῶτος διακριτῶν ρόλων. Μέ αὐτό τόν τρόπο, κατοχυρώνεται ἡ ἀνεξαρτησία τῆς Ἐκκλησίας ἀπό τήν Πολιτεία καί ἀντιστρόφως (…) Στό πλαίσιο αὐτό, καί λαμβάνοντας ὑπ’ ὄψιν τήν Συμφωνία Πολιτείας – Ἐκκλησίας τοῦ 2018 καί τό σχέδιο ὑλοποίησής της ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ–ΠΣ, πιστεύει στήν ἐπίλυση τῶν θεμάτων μέσω διαλόγου.

Στή βάση ενός σαφοῦς ὁδικοῦ χάρτη, ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΠΣ ἀποσκοπεῖ στήν ἔναρξη ἑνός εὐρύτατου διαλόγου τῆς Πολιτείας μέ τό Οἰκουμενικό Πατριαρχεῖο καί τήν Ἐκκλησία τῆς Ἑλλάδας, μέ στόχο τήν ἀναθεώρηση τοῦ θεσμικουῦ πλαισίου γιά τόν Καταστατικό Χάρτη τῆς Εκκλησίας, πού ἐπιτρέπει τήν ἐπέμβαση τῆς Πολιτείας στή λειτουργία τῆς Ἐκκλησίας τῆς Ἑλλάδας. Μέ τόν τρόπο αὐτό, θά κατοχυρωθεῖ τό αὐτοδιοίκητο τῆς Ἐκκλησίας καί θά θωρακιστεῖ από τίς πολιτικές παρεμβάσεις.

Πέρα όμως, ἀπό τή ρύθμιση τῶν σχέσεων μεταξύ Κράτους καί Ἐκκλησίας, εἶναι ἀπαραίτητη καί ἡ ἴδια ἡ ἐνίσχυση τῶν διαδικασιῶν ἐκκοσμίκευσης τοῦ ἑλληνικοῦ κράτους ὥστε νά προσφέρει ἐχέγγυα ἰσονομίας σέ ὅλους τούς πολῖτες του ἀνεξάρτητα ἀπό τίς θρησκευτικές τους πεποιθήσεις. Στό πλαίσιο τῆς ἐκκοσμίκευσης προκρίνει τήν ἀπόλυτη πρωτοκαθεδρία τοῦ πολιτικοῦ ὅρκου, ὡς πίστη στούς νόμους καί τό σύνταγμα τῆς χώρας, τήν αἄρση τῆς ὑποχρεωτικῆς προσευχής στά σχολεῖα καί τήν μή ανάρτηση θρησκευτικῶν συμβόλων σέ δημόσιες ὑπηρεσίες. Ὠστόσο, ἡ ὁλοκλήρωση τοῦ θεσμικού πλαισίου ἐπέρχεται μέ τήν ἀαναθεώρηση τῶν γνωστῶν συνταγματικωῶν διατάξεων, οἱ ὁππῖες ἀποτελοῦν προϋπόθεση περαιτέρω ἀναγκαίων νομοθετικῶν ἀλλαγῶν. Ὁ ΣΥΡΙΖΑ–ΠΣ ὑποστηρίζει τήν ἀναθεώρηση τοῦ αἄρθρου 3 τοῦ Συντάγματος μέ κατάργηση τῆς διάταξης περί ἐπικρατούσας θρησκείας, ὥστε νά διασφαλίζεται οὐσιαστικά ἡ οὐδετεροθρησκεία καί ἡ προστασία τῆς ἐλευθερίας τῆς θρησκευτικῆς συνείδησης πού τελεῖ ὑπό τήν ἐγγύηση τῆς ἀρχῆς τῆς ἀνεξιθρησκίας. Ἐπίσης, τήν ἀναθεώρηση τοῦ ἄρθρου 16, παρ. 2 μέ κατάργηση τῆς διάταξης πού ὅρίζει ότι ἀποστολή τῆς παιδείας εἶναι ἡ ἀνάπτυξη τῆς θρησκευτικῆς συνείδησης. Τέλος, ὑποστηρίζεται ἡ τροποποίηση τοῦ προοιμίου τοῦ Συντάγματος στήν κατεύθυνση τῆς εὐρύτερης ἐκκοσμίκευσης τοῦ κράτους ἀκολουθώντας τό παράδειγμα τῶν περισσότερων εὐρωπαϊκῶν χωρῶν»
